"Storage fees were a headache"
Well... I used their storage for a bit, and I wasn’t a big fan. The fees ended up feeling higher than I expected, and it wasn’t always clear to me what I was actually being charged for. Even getting simple answers took longer than it should have. It might work fine for some people, but for me the storage side of things was more stressful than it was worth...

I ordered from Silver Gold Bull and it did show up, so no major issues there. I was kind of in a rush to get it, though, and the tracking updates felt slow, which made it a bit frustrating. The package arrived safely and everything was included, but it took longer than I was hoping. Overall not bad, I just wish the shipping felt a little more dependable.

My order showed up packed super securely, which I appreciated, and there weren’t any obvious labels or anything on the outside, so it felt private. It did take a little longer to get here than I expected, but not a big deal in the end since everything arrived fine.

Payment was easy enough, honestly. There were a few different options to choose from, which was nice, and I ended up just using my card. It went through fine, no issues there. I’d probably give it 5 stars, but the fees did feel a little high, a little more than I expected.

I was actually interested in ordering, which made it more frustrating. The site looked decent at first, but using it on my phone was a pain. The filters kept resetting every time I thought I had things narrowed down, and checkout somehow felt both simple-looking and confusing at the same time. I kept clicking around trying to figure out what was going on, but after a while I just gave up. Kind of disappointing because I wanted it to work.

I sold a few silver rounds back to Silver Gold Bull and the process was straightforward. The offer seemed fair, and printing the shipping labels didn’t take much effort. Payment wasn’t exactly instant, so I did end up checking in, but support got back to me and everything worked out. All in all, I’d call it a solid experience

"Payment took forever after they said it would be quick"
I was frustrated with the whole payment process. They made it sound like the payment would go through quickly, but after I paid, I was just stuck waiting with no real updates. That’s what annoyed me the most, they set the expectation and then didn’t follow through. It made the whole order way more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my experience wasn’t good, and I don’t really feel like using them again

I’ve been browsing Silver Gold Bull and like the range they have. There are plenty of coins and bars to choose from, including a few pieces I haven’t really seen on other sites. I did spend a little time comparing options and checking what other people seemed to prefer, but overall it felt like a solid place to shop

The price lock did work in the end, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the timing felt kind of stressful and unclear, which was a bit ridiculous. I just wish the process had been explained better so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.

The coins themselves looked fine, at least as far as I can tell, but something about the packaging and the certificates felt a little off to me. Customer support did get back to me, which helped somewhat, but I’m still not 100% sure I feel confident about it.

"Tracking left me guessing"
The tracking was the most frustrating part of the whole order. It barely moved for days, and I kept refreshing the same old status like that was going to magically help. When I reached out, the response didn’t really tell me anything I didn’t already know.
The package may still arrive perfectly fine, but the whole thing made the purchase feel way more stressful than it needed to. For the price, I guess I just expected the process to feel a bit more buttoned up.

I liked how Silver Gold Bull shows the live market price right near the product prices. It made it way easier to feel like I knew what I was looking at instead of just guessing, and I was kind of pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to compare premiums.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that a few pages felt a little crowded at times. Nothing major though — overall it was clear, useful, and a smooth experience.
